Workinonit drums... 10cc Worst band in the World

Does anyone know what that slappy sound that goes with the kick is on this track, or how to get it? I HAVE to recreate it.

Why don't you sample it? In the intro there are two nice clean hits you can take.

Sounds like a really tight snare hit on top the of kick drum....and remember drum players arent sample accurate so trying offset the snare hit a little. Try finding like a drum & bass snare set, or pitching a snare sample up and removing any tail.

OH YEAH! now to find a nice quality version of that track.
