I am runnin ableton Live 8.13 on PC on WIn 7. I have a M-audio avid Mobile Pre interface thats has usb out to pc. The interface accepts XLRS input as well as 1/4 inch inputs. i also have an akai mpk 49 that hooks up usb to the pc. This is my main controller as it has pads and keys. I simply just like to use my mpc 2000 for drum racks and because of the sensitivity in pads for percussion purposes. I would also like to point out that my MPK does have 1 of each midi in/out. Currently i have the MPC connected directly to my pc via a midi to USB adapter cable but this still doenst give me midi signal o the DAW. I attempted to set up the preferences in live midid timecode also other channels to midi clock .still no results???wtf So can someone please guide me in the right direction?
