12 bucks more and get this. Still cheap , powerful, and several times more usable.

No one is mad about anything. I wouldn't use it even if it was as good as beat maker. I'm just pointing out how 4 tracks is wack. And it's not $6, it's $7 ($6.99). And that price is only limited. So can we please drop talk about the price and focus conversation on what the app can/can't do?!
The one thing I do like about it though is the interface. Looks really good. I like how the machine looks kinda beat up and worn.

I stand corrected....$7. Lol. I'm just pointing out what I find funny as hell.

What's funny is people are gonna be paying $300 for their Fly and only having 4 tracks!

What will be more funny is those choosing to buy this product...and have other forum members trying to clown them for what they choose to spend their money on.
As far as tracks....products like Maschine has no tracks.

Well, assuming that's what will happen. No one's doing any clowning of forum members in this thread (at the moment)! Just talking about the app!
BUT, Maschine's sounds/pads are, in theory, tracks. So given iMaschine's 16 pads per 4 groups, that's 48 tracks/sounds that can be effected individually or exported individually as stems!

Because it isn't out yet. When it is out...$100 says it will happen.![]()
As far as the track limitations...that is all I was saying. If users look at it from a different aspect, 4 tracks (although small in number) is not limiting for a MIDI sequencer with some many sounds available.

It actually is pretty limiting. It's easy to just throw a bunch of **** on one track. But the issue, for one, is exporting. Nothing can be individually exported; not conveniently anyway. Secondly, the MPC is BIG on it's swing. With only 4 tracks, you're gonna be forced to apply the same swing setting to multiple instruments, which is mostly not ideal! 16 tracks for this app would have been perfect, even if they had to charge $9.99. But 4 tracks?! Nah son!
