In the mute screen we can use cursors to go back and forward a bar.
For the time to be changed to an other time you need to leave mute screen to get to that time in the bar.
It would be good, don't you think, we could select the time in the mute screen and change the time to what we want with out changing to main screen.
Its more to remove a step in working with mutes.
It can be a pain if you want to make mutes for less than a bar.

your not getting me !
When you are doing mutes for more than 16 tracks and it has to be for things like exactly a quarter of a bar, it is not so simple.
You have to exit to get time code to the time needed.
When your doing a hundred solo cuts it is annoying and time consuming to program dozens of mutes that are a fraction out.
see what I am saying now ??
I spent half an hour just doing the mutes for this today as well, it is good to be able to break stuff down and such, so mutes of just a fraction of a bar is hard to do quickly and easily from the mute screen.
