saving problem

i have problem with saving
when i record sample > save > name exist > rename > save then file is not saved, window is close but sample is not saved. anyone have that ??

I came from OS1 to 128xl.
OS1 I could sample something, then name it, hit 'keep',then find it in trim mode and/or sample list.

In 128xl,
I sample something, name it, hit 'keep', then I can't find it in trim mode and/or sample list.
BUT
If I name a sample before recording it, then 'keep' it, it shows up in trim and sample list.

I don't think this is a problem, but just a small change in my flow.
