Sequencer ?

I'm slowly but surely figuring out my new 4000 and I love it, but for the life of me I can't figure out one thing. If i have a sequence say (sequence_001) and it has 8 tracks how can i get those same tracks in (sequence_002) so I can sequence a whole song? I can't find any copy and paste options for whole tracks, just single notes.

I think if you highlight the sequence name (sequence-01) on the main page then press the "magic" WINDOW button (the orange one) you can choose the COPY feature and go from there. I think?
