I think maybe one idea you could try... after time stretching... save the sample to a floppy disk or what ever you use... erase the sample in the trim screen with open window... now you no longer have the sample in RAM... now load the copy you saved that is already stretched..... and try the chopping....


also, time stretching takes a million years.... resampling takes 2 million years.

I thought about that but chopping into 2 parts and after that dividing for smaller pieces is easier idea than saving samples after timestretching:)

However thanks for help - it's my first contact with this forum and I'm trully satisfied:D

if your stretching a long sample then forget about it...

its gonna take for ever and if you have any loose connectors or anything... no bueno.

i think somebody said it better chop the sample then stretch it so its smaller

spend 200 and get a s950 and get a stretch that is worth it... 2xl stretch is about as useful as a yankke doodle dandy record
