[bug] note on broken in packed inst programs

In an INST program, set the Amp Play to NOTE ON. The os2xl manual says " The MPC plays the sample only while you hold the pad or keyboard.". This is only true if the program is unpacked. As soon as you pack the program the Play behavior is always One Shot (the sample continues to play after you release the pad). If you unpack the program again, the behavior is note on again, as expected.

this page details the bug report method - this one sounds very easy to reproduce. use simple and short sentences. this forum here is for english-speaking user bug/feature discussion and reproduction - it has no immediate tie-in to jj's report page. it simply brings issues to our attention.

Yeah, report it using JJ's bug report form for it to actually get fixed. Creating a thread here only brings it to our attention.

Edit: make sure to explain steps clearly so that they understand and are able to check it.

Couldn't reproduce this btw... Packed (and unpacked) INST and DRUM pgms work as expected here. I'm on 2500, so this could be again 1k-only issue.
