How the hell is he getting sound out of this 2500???

ahh i see. im a 3000-2a-2000XL-2a-REN/Studio guy. i skipped the 2500 and 5000. always wanted the 4000. i didnt realize the headphone was on front. word up thx for correction..

yeah man, on some of them its in the front, im not sure which models exactly, but if i remember correctly the 1k and the 2500 both have it as well as the 4k.i have only used the 200xl briefly a couple days ago actually, it would be really hard to switch back now that ive been spoiled by jjos.
i started out on the 500, then went to the 2500, now im at the 1k and i think im gonna keep it like that, def my favorite one so far. might get another 2500 someday and put the 128xl with the xlcd screen on it, i just like the portability of the 1k vs the 2500.

i had the 4k for like 2 days, but i ordered it off ebay and it arrived broken with hella lines through the lcd screen, then one day it just started working again, (of course after i had gone through ebay to get my money back from dude) but its for the best, i didnt want a finicky 4k either, they are super dope though, in the end i played with it for about an hour before boxing it up and sending it back. also ripped all the sounds off of it.

yeah after the mpc60ii with the phones in the front... I never understood why they didn't route an out on the front of the 2000 and xl.
