AUTO-LOADING SONGS+PROGRAMS??

Hey all,

So heres something i'm trying to do & i'm truly hoping someone can let me know if it's just not possible or if i'm doing something wrong:

Grabbed a near-mint 2000XL-MCD (with an internal multi-card reader installed) a couple weeks ago & thus far i'm LOVING it despite the fact that i'm still learning how to really maneuver around it.... As of right now I use my unit at church as we currently do not have a drummer that is of age. My goal is to set it up in a manner where I can transition from one song to the next & the loaded programs/drum samples will AUTOMATICALLY update/load as I change from song to song (without me MANUALLY having to load them, which is next to impossible without causing a huge gap inbetween each selection [I play keys])... Is it possible to do this, & if so, how??? Looked through the manual & can't quite figure it out. I use different drum sounds/samples for most songs & don't want to be limited to just whatever drums I can store to a single 4-bank (64 pad) program. I basically would like to have it to where A. I can create a "playlist"/"chain" of midi songs that will be different each Sunday & B. anytime I load up a midi song, it will automatically associate/load a specific pre-determined program (with its associated samples) at the same time. FYI: All of my midi songs/programs/drum samples are loaded onto an SD flash card that I keep in the card reader at all times. Hope someone can help! Thanks

re-build your programs and re-write your sequences so all your drum sounds are in programs that can all be loaded in memory at once (max 24 programs, max 256 sounds).

it takes a good night or two of 'homework' to do it right, but it is the only way.

it also helps if you build your programs following some sort of 'template' - ie bassdrum on pad 1, snare drum on pad 2, hats on 5/6, etc.
this way you can use different programs on different sequences and they will still transfer fine.
