MIDI export of a sequence

Hi,
Do you know how to export a sequence (or just the pattern from Track 1) to a MIDI file?

In save mode, first choose you want to save Sequence, hit DO IT, than it asks you about format SEQ or MID (type1), change to MID, hit DO IT again. Voila
