Formatting 2500

Hi, I have a quik question? Im new to the 2500. I have just updated to jj 3.26 and when i did it the directory error message came up. as mentioned in the faq i formated my CF but now i dont know which format i should choose. Btw i am using a mac osx for this. when i choose dos fat 32 it allows me to copy my samples but when i load it says wrong file. so when i format it to mac os x journaled the mpc cannot read the samples on the CF card.

DON'T format it with mac/pc no no no..
you go to load/save mode in mpc and there you will find formating window (somewhere)
