You have surely heard about phase deletion ( sorry I dont know the correct english word) where two phases sum up and result as nothing being played back at mono.
Recently someone told me that i should never pan stuff i sampled at Stereo. He said that those samples already have a place in the stereo field
and panning them would just result in that phase problem. Is hat true?
If that is so:
Lets say i sample a hihat hit from a stereo source and save them as a MONO file in WAVELAB. Would this solve my problem?
