"Here for sale is a full set of 3.10 OS eproms. (4) These bring many functions from the MPC 3000 to the MPC 60. These are suitable for the MPC60 and 60ii...These are now discontinued from Roger linn, so I have a few sets available for those cats who want to bring their 60 up to date somewhat."

These EPROMs are not discontinued, they are available from Roger Linn Design

Seriously tho, what are you doing?

Now you are going after Roger Linn's products?

What did he scam from you, and how much does he owe you?

Kind of proves that it is all about greed, not just about recovering the $ that Rohan ripped.

Rohan scammed $250?

Vailixi 19 sold at 40GBP = 760GBP
Vailixi 10 sold at 50GBP = 500GBP
Total illegal Vailixi sales = 1260GBP

When have you sold enough to recover what Rohan scammed from you, and when is it obvious that it is simply about greed?

Does not matter if they were not available, he has no right to copy and distribute them without permission from the copyright holder.

Whether the copyright holder chooses to make them available or not makes no difference.

Depending on the country, copyright can last for 50 or 70 years after the authours death, for example.

that wasn't my point... I was pointing out the fact it stated on the roger linn site last year that they would be discontinued so the remaining couple were it.. there was a thread of panic on the forums and in like 1 or 2 days and then they were sold out. Then a few months later (or how ever long) roger must have made more copies.... and it might have been around the time clint was gone from the forums for a while... so I mentioned it in case all that happened when clint wasn't around.

I dont think their is any debate on this one simon.

O for real? Shit I didn't know,I thought they had been discontinued :?

No worries will get these removed immediately.

I thought he had stopped his scsi setup and 3.10.

So hang on then, what about the dudes that have copied the marion scsi upgrade board??? Is that still available then or not?

That was on eBay, listing has now been removed. Maybe dude will explain why he did it with the quickness.

With the quickness? Because I didn't realise that Roger Linn was still supplying them that's why. It's all sorted though now.
