Well first place to check is the website if in doubt. They were discontinued early 2012 but only for a couple of weeks at most.

I rem there being a big deal about the 'last set left' - but maybe that was purely down to a thread on here - I think thats where I read it now I think about it.

So is someone really manufacturing scsi boards again since they have been discontinued???

I dont know if they are or if manufacturing is the right word... I mean, not that I have looked into it a whole lot.... but I think someone was able to build a new one looking at the schematics and what not... using over the counter parts. I dont think there is anything proprietary with the scsi boards.... and the part that is copyrighted (the code) doesn't really come into play since the later OS versions are already set up to accept scsi devices... IE: these new boards dont alter anything copyrighted.
It's similar to how coleco was able to make the expansion to the colecovision that gave it the ability to play atari 2600 games.... and in court atari lost the case because the expansion was made using nothing but common over the counter non-proprietary parts.
That is the way I perceive that.. if that is at all accurate (correct me if im wrong)

Ok. So does anyone know where to buy these at, or are they the ones that pop up on ebay lately? But i dont think its the ebay seller because the ones i seen look like the the original boards 
...

who knows.. I dont think the newly made ones were made in any large quantity..
personally, I was thinking about it for my machine but decided it wouldn't be very helpful for me in the end.
