Weird sample problem

So I have this weird problem when transferring samples from computer to the MPC:

The samples play faster in the MPC than in the computer and when I make a beat and save, then load it again, the pitches of the samples are all messed up and i have to adjust them again. As if when saving, the samples go to their real pitch how they were in the computer

I'm runnin OS2XL 3.27 on the MPC1000

well the reason is your samples are in other samples rate than 44100, but that isn't a problem, coz your MPC can read variuos sample rates, even very low/ high or very odd.. like 3333 hz I don't know why this current OS don't tune them up automaticly, as previos OS1 and OS2 were doing that..

When saving there is an option: "replace same files? yes/no " and I guess you haven't changed to "Yes".. so the samples were not overwritten with the changes you have made, because saving samples within MPC should make them 44100 anyway.
