Exact brand and model of mpc1000 ram??

can someone please tell me the exact brands and model #'s of the ram that will give you the full 128mb of ram please im alittle bit confused with the 128 only giving 64mb etc etc

256MB PC133 SODIMM Memory 256 will give u the full 128 in your mpc.

The reason for 256 giving you only 128 is because of the chip set that is in the memory modules that you would buy. The 1000 only has one bus and the mem has two busses. so if you buy 256 (which has two busses) the 1000 can only utilize one of those busses. If you buy a 128 mem mod. you would only be able to use 64

just to confirm, i bought a 128mb for $30 and its only showing up as 64mbs...oh well. guess ill go back and get a 256
