trouble connecting usb keyboard to mpc 4000

anyone know why my usb keyboard isn't doing anything when i connect it to the 4000? The port works fine cause i hook a usb zip 250 up to it all the time, is there an internal setting I have to adjust or somethin?

Hi J.

Are you using the front USB port or the Rear USB port. I believe that you should be
using the front port, or at least that's where I hooked up my friends' Imac keyboard once....

I didn't have to set anything on the MPC itself from what I can remember..

Oh.. And which brand of USB Keyboard do you have? Maybe somebody has one
and can verify if it works on theirs or not...
