[request] Option to Disable Pad Follow In Prog Mode

Currently in Program Mode, its impossible to edit pad/sample characteristics if you are triggering the pads/samples from an external sequencer - the cursor just jumps around from pad to pad depending on which one is being triggered.

It would be good to have the option to disable this if you (like me) want to use the MPC as a more traditional sampler.
