how can i record my beat i made on ren to logic 9?

I peeped the video on how to use mpc ren in logic 9 as a plug in.I can make a beat and all that usin that set up but i want to record my beats i made on ren into logic.
logic picks up the signal and alll but doesnt record what im playing. any help on the subject or am i in the wrong forum? Im guessing that would be somethin to ask a Logic 9 expert huh?

think you can do it with a software called soundflower iv used it befor to rip stuff from the net straight into logic so should work

This should work
If you want to bounce just your mpc track you should make a midi region on the mpc software instrument track. An empty region will do, so just use the pencil tool at the beginning of the section you want to bounce and extend the region to the length you want to bounce. Then bounce in place (^B as I recall...). This should mute the software track and play the bounced audio file instead.

just export your beat from the ren and mark the box separate tracks make sure it's 16 bit 44.1. or the tempo will be off when you drag into logic.

Also export it to a folder you can find. You can have logic open already but if not then open logic and create a new project. Then drag the folder, where you exported your ren tracks separately, in the logic project. it will say something like create new tracks hit that link.

Now all your ren tracks are placed into logic and you can mix add efx do whatever you like. make sure to put your logic project to the same tempo that you had your ren beat.

If you want to record the audio in and not just bounce it out. You could make an external instrument track for the Renn in your environment section. And select what tracks your Renn is running through your audio interface.

Make sure your using the multi track out mpc in logic. Everything is recorded inside the Renn. So in logics arrange window CTRL Click on your mpc inst. track and choose CREATE EMPTY MIDI REGION. then go to FILE then EXPORT then ALL TRACKS AS AUDIO FILES. THEN BIUNCE HOW YOU LIKE.

thanks for the help. but the reason why i need to record the audio from the mpc to logic is because when i make a beat i only use one sequence. in that sequence i make my beat track by track. so when i go to compose my beat ill mute tracks as need durin the course of the song.
so thus the reason why i need to record the audio from ren to logic.

Yes sir that's what I thought so if you do it the way described you would be good. I have to do it the exact same way because you can't copy sequences with a few vst's or the ren will crash so I have to make one sequence then bounce to logic.
