Real Time pitch shift problem with JJOS2xl on 1k

Hey homies,

Recently I switched over from OS2 to OS2xl and I've been so stoked! Slowly learning all the great things that I can do! One thing has been bumming me out though and here it is: The real time pitch shift isn't what it used to be! Before the update I would pitch shift in real time and it would be tack sharp all the way from +120 to -120. now when I do it it doesn't allways hit the mark, it basically sounds out of pitch when I do it. I'm wondering if this is something to do with OS2XL or if it is soething in my MPC 1k being sluggish? Anyone know what I'm talkin bout?

relevant question, do you use a DAW program with your mpc? or are you using your mpc standalone?

Sorry to bring this back, but anyone have any ideas, The pitch shift accuracy was a huge part of my musicmaking aesthetic and I miss it a lot!

Check your PITCH BEND RANGE.
It is defaulted to +/- 2 instead of +/- 12. That might be it. Also check that Q-link slider range is set to full range as well.

Thanks! How can I find out my pitch bend range? are you taling about the low and high settings in the slider menu or is this somewhere else on my MPC?
