MPC software crashes when scanning AudioUnits

Hello,
I'm a new MPC Studio user and I have trouble with the software (1.3).
I want to use my AU plugins and tried several AU scans but the MPC software always crashes at some point, not always while scanning the same plugin.
Does anybody else here have trouble with the AudioUnits?

AU have been ok

use the search there was massive thread on plugins

it's just one or two that people have had constant problems with in particular sampletank

I have the same problem since upgrading to 1.3. For me it cashes every time on the same plugin.

Would you be able to create an alias folder of the AU folder, remove the alias to the offending AU and have the Ren scan that rather than the actual folder? Then your other DAW stuff can still use the original folder?

Not a Ren owner, just the first thing I'd try in that situation.

I have the same Issue, since 1.1. 1.2 and 1.3 i thought this would of been FIXED on the recent update. its says it supports VST and AU

but when i SCAN for any Audio Units It Crashes

so i uncheck AU for the moment.

Will this Be Fix?


It Also Cras When i Load A SSL WAVES plug in VST in any Insert . Whats going?

I recanned to include the audio units and experienced the same thing so I just identified the plugins causing the crash and dragged them out of the plugin folder.

Rescanned repeated the above.
Until eventually everything scnned fine.
Once this had happened I them dragged the offending plugins back into the components folder.
