What are you doing to produce this issue? I am running OSX 10.7.5. I created a bunch of sequences and saved them. Upon reloading they had the correct BPM. Are you seeing this issue with old or new projects?

the stability using plugins for me seems fine now but when ever i close a project that has plugins the software will crash rather than close it dont effect me because they will open again fine unlike 1.2 but its still a bug

Nice list. Just wanted to take some time out and say thanks JAH for the hard work and helping make the mpc become better!

just to clarify here, it's the NI plugin called 'Driver' (confusingly perhaps) that causes the MPC software to crash

i've been experiencing this bug since at least v1.1. whenever i try to use the 'erase all except note' function and press a pad, no note is listed on the display. however, the corresponding pad lights up as if it is selected. but when I click 'do it', no notes actually get deleted.

I don't see the bugs I have reported accurately represented within this list.

E.g. the keygroup ALL setting not working corrrectly in keygroup mode.

Qlinks have the wrong display names when adjusting parameters.

E.g. Qlink three is the LFOMOD when adjusting qlink 3 parameter display shows Q3:Sample Play =100

Wheel>LFO function doesn't seem to work. Checked my modwheel in Logic its working so not sure whats going on there.

LFO>PAN q-link does nothing, software knob works though.

#7 is the issue you were having with keygroups. Do you have this problem when creating a key group program within the Ren instead of loading a key group program?

Also, #21 covers your other issue. This one has been confirmed and reported to Akai.

Your welcome QuickStrike. I am just trying to do my small part in helping advance the Ren and MPCs in general.

Not sure if this has been posted or not but for the BPM issue, try turning your dial to sequence 2 then back to sequence 1.

Crashed while using NI-Machine has a VSt and i loaded a synth sound and it crashed and quit on me

The ability to select/highlight events from multiple tracks in track view is no longer available....like 1.0-1.2.

You are forced to only be able to select events from one track at a time.

I think i found a BUG.
When i Save my project which is at 88 BPM and load it again afterwards the Sequence says 88BPM but the MPC master track is running at 120 BPM (default)



It occurs when i load my project from the desktop AND from inside 1.3 (load recent project).

Mitch.

A workaround that I found is that the 120 BPM is only on the first sequence. So move the data wheel to the next sequence and it'll set the BPM back to it's original BPM of the project because the rest of the sequences are the same as the original BPM. You'll still have to do this every time you open the project, but it's a quicker way of getting the BPM back

Just opening a project file, it's happening with old projects, new projects automatically default at 120 bpm so it not new projects, its any previous project that I open up. The bpm says 84 for example, but the tempo im hearing is at 120 till I adjust the tempo. I know this happened to me on 2 or 3 projects so far. I am running OSX 10.8.2. So this is not a Windows only bug, I'm experiencing on mac on mountain lion. Not a big deal though for me, but def a bug.

Later I am going to post a screen shot of what happens when I load any of the IK multimedia plug-ins, the gui of the plugin is whited out and blank until I click around and mess with it, sometimes the gui pops up in view, its still usable but sometimes a pain in the ass. This surprised me because I had no problems running sample tank, sonik synth, philharmnik, or any other ik plug in in 1.2. When I get a chance I will post a screen shot to see if anyone else is experiencing this.
