Mpc transports with Pro Tools

Yeah fam, I downloaded the software to my computer, downloaded the free app to my iPad but the app will only let me switch between mix and edit windows in PT. I see and can manipulate the faders on the iPad but no PT transport or mixer control of any kind. Am I missing something/ doing something wrong? Excuse my dumbness

Thanks a lot. I fell asleep last night watching Family Guy. I'll try it as soon as I get home this evening and let you know if it worked for me. One thing I noticed however, is that the V-Control software version I downloaded to the computer is 1.7 and yours is 1.6. Maybe they disabled some features in the update in order to promote software purchase vs people downloading the trial repeatedly. Anyway, I'll let you know. Thanks again fam!

aye man. This sh*t is great. I just had to say it again lol.

Last night I set it up with PT10 while also using my 003. By default it set itself up to always show the NEXT 8 faders after whatever 8 faders the 003 was controlling. This gives me 16 faders/channels of simultaneous usage at any time if i had enough fingers. And that V-Window is great.

It's funny man. I told all my homies I was looking for a controller for Logic and no one mentioned this, even though we were all aware that it existed but never looked into it. I owe you a drink or something.

I went from 2 play buttons (003 and the PT Software) to 4 play buttons (adding V Control and now the MPC transports) and everything in sync in one week. Lovely.

I went from 2 play buttons (003 and the PT Software) to 4 play buttons (adding V Control and now the MPC transports) and everything in sync in one week. Lovely.

Word fam. It's nice to be able to step away from the beat and if you just want to listen to it and don't feel like getting up off the couch you can just press play from the iPad.

Just got home and all is good with the universe fam! Just like you thought, my dumb a$$ hadn't set up the the midi to/ from. I am SOOOOO happy with this app's no latency control of PT10 & Logic, I just don't know what to do! Now I can start/ stop record and adjust/ monitor input levels from the booth. I have wanted this ability for sooo long as I am always in the lab dolo. I will DEFINITELY be dropping the $50 bucks for the Pro version. From what I've read, MADBEATS is quite the happy camper as well Thank you for this great find. I owe you one fam!
