Man I thought I was about to get another one for cheap. Then I can keep one in the basement studio and keep the other in whatever room I am in the house. Getting tired of taking from living room, family room, bedroom back to basement. smh

You can have 128 tracks, which is very possible when either using a combination of sampling, midi, & plugins or if you needed to use just plugins (instruments for example) you could use the Ren in Vst mode and setup the Ren to send 16 channels of midi to your Daw plus your 25 plugins within the Ren itself, now that's 41 plugins and that's not even taking into consideration that some of those individual plugins may be used on more than one track. Ask some of the guys here on this forum how many tracks are they sequencing.

You can throw Kontakt in and put different instruments with different midi channels etc...

It only supports single core (not multi-core) so it depends on which plugins you use. If you use Synth 1 then you could probably use 40 but if you use omnisphere then you might only be able to use 7 or 8 (this is the same with Maschine or any other single core Vst host).

Btw the "Tal" plugins are pretty light on your computer too and plus they sound very good.
