In the mpc 2000xl when looping a sample, you can check the parameters page to see what the tempo of the loop is. Then you can tune the sample up or down and see what bpm value the tune adjustments give.

Like this:

Sample tempo: 95.0 bpm
New Tempo: 95.0 bpm Tune: 0

Adjusting the tune changes the New Tempo value.

Can this be implemented in the new JJOS?

 It all ready is implemented in the JJOS. You just have not found it yet.

So go to Trim window, highlight the sample name at top of screen, if it is not, and hit WINDOW.

See you have three columns and tune is the second column here in this screen and is exactly what ya what right?

No, that's not exactly what I mean.

What you discribe is a another way of tuning a sample.

What I would like to be implemented is way to check the bpm when you change a samples pitch (tuning).
