Some of you are demanding the same features your Daw has whilst ignoring some of the really basic stuff that's so obviously missing. This product has years to go before its at a mature Daw level. Personally speaking it should never be a Daw. The software will become bloated and the controller wont be able to keep up. Be careful what you wish for.

The grid editor needs a lot of work. I feel like im working on the first ever software sequencer. Mind you Maschine isnt any better in this department and neither is ableton live. Totally ridiculous how all these companies are dumbing down the sequencer when its at the heart of everything we do.

Thanks, I know all this, and the 32bit app does work fine in 64bit windows, it's just the MPC.dll VST plugin that does not work in a 64bit DAW

UAD Apollo released in the past year was not 64 bit upon release...only 32 bit plugins. The 64 bit updates was just recently released. Pro Tools 10? Still not 64 bit (unless they released an update recently...been 'under the weather' so I haven't been checking).

Which is why logic rules as a composition environment despite no paid update in ages. It's been working brilliantly as 64 app for ages.
Use it everyday in 64bit it's just brilliant with komplete

Logic is illogical to me. Pro Tools and Cubase make more sense.

More control over offline time stretch/real time
Vintage mode on tracks
Midi effects ie arp,chord memory
Different TC resolutions to represent legacy models
Vintage effects from older models that have the same parameters
Hardware zoom


Vintage Profile: so you could switch between mpc modes and have the features of that model i.e. envelopes,tc resolution sample & bit rate with the added new ones and a small gui change/color scheme to go with the mode. this maybe too much for 1.4 I'm not sure how hard it would be to implement

Please make it stop zooming out whenever you extract a chop from your sample in trim mode. It's annoying and time consuming.

Just had to point out that two companies that are leaders in their respective fields are also not 64 bits (or just recently added support for 64 bits). This puts things in proper perspective.

i give my requests.... audio tracks audio tracks audio tracks! i really want to be able to record and edit my vocals within my mpc renaissance enviroment.... or bass or guitars or external synths.... but mainly for vocals...

Refill support would be nice, so i can use my purchased instruments of propellerhead,

and that the recycle/rex files maintain the slice position i did once in recycle..... not a must, but it saves some times, since i allready chopped and cut a lot of samples, before....

but loving my mpc more everyday, hope it willl live up to its potential....
