Yeah... I'm getting the same nonsense over here! Says its damaged and asks me if I want to move it to the trash. Mac OS 10.8.2.

I am personally staying on 1.3 for Mac. 1.3.1 offers nothing for Mac other than problematic chopping from the Q Links, unless you need 5000 import functionality. For PC, I'm sticking with the 1.3.1 because of the tempo bug.

its mad funny, how these two updates versions either fix or break something on each platform

I'm still getting BPM issues with this update, it seemingly randomly changes to double speed, pretty annoying
