MPC software sound banks not properly loading into pads?

For example, I installed the 809 sound bank onto my MacBook, along with the MPC software. When I go to select a drum sample, such as a snare drum to load into pad A01, a quick dialog box pops up and closes instantly, yet there is no sample loaded into pad A01.

Is anyone else having this technical issue? If so, how did you fix it? Should I reinstall the sound banks?
