You were being hassled for posting big blocks of text without any photos, others were pointing out that threads are much more useful with photos, as they say a picture is worth a thousand words, and you made that comment to try and hassle them back for being unable to read.
Get over your problem with Photobucket sharing your internal MPC photos, because after all, you are posting them onto a public internet forum, they are going to be shared, taken, used by whoever wants them. It isn't like they are some artistic masterpiece that you would have made money from if not uploaded to Photobucket.
There are plenty of other photo sharing sites out there, if you really have such a problem with Photobucket, use a different site.
Sure this forum is for helping others out, get over your Photobucket issues and add some photos to your posts like everyone else does, it really isn't that big of a deal to put your photos up there, I have plenty, and have used them in here once or twice to try and help others out, I don't see what the problem is.

I too bought a used MPC2500 without a manual, I didn't read and remember every stitch of 125 pages in the manual, but I found the answer using a downloaded manual within 30 seconds.
They have this amazing new technology in books now days, called the table of contents, it is like an internet search but you have to use your eyes and brain a little bit more.
It took me maybe 30 seconds to open the PDF, scan the table of contents, and find the section relating to a factory initialization.

The best help you can get with a simple question like this is to learn to help yourself.
If you ask a very basic question that is covered in the manual, so it seems that you have not bothered to try to find it yourself, you have to expect shirty and to be told to RTFM.
I went to the trouble of searching the manual for an answer to your question, cutting and pasting it into a response, and trying to make you see that you can easily find this information yourself. If that is not really trying to help you, too bad, I am an ar sehole, and that is the best you are going to get from me.

Nice to feel welcomed BTW.
They are just trying to get you to post some photos to go with the text, it comes across a lot better with them, people are used to having photos, as it makes the point a lot easier to get across to the reader, and forums readers expect them.
