saving programs

i feel like i may be mentally deficient for the last week....but what are the steps for saving a program in MPC? I import my 4000 programs but haven't found a way of saving the tweaks to them other than just saving them in a project.

go to save program at the top of your screen, make sure you select your program in the software.

ah yea... save current program... is it possible from the hardware??
