MPC2500 and S950 hook-up

I am a proud owner of a MPC2500, and I just recently added an S950 to the set-up. I'd like to midi them together so I can use the 2500 pads to trigger sounds from the 950.

I understand I have to go, 2500 midi out to 950's midi in. But does anyone know what settings I have to change on each piece to make this happen?

C'mon guys. I know I'm not the only one with the 950/2500 combo set-up. Lol.

It's pretty much the same deal whichever MPC you use with the S950. Follow the advice given here to set up your template program(s). I don't know if the MPC2500 has the auto-chromatic assignment feature, if it does, that will help you set up the MPC side of things.
