I'm noticing faults from the outputs and FX assignments. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I have an MPC2500 with JJOSXL 3.26 installed. Consistently, I lose the audio channel assignment capability that lets you route track audio to the outputs in the back. Same goes for the track FX routing from the Program page (second to last on the right). (no MPC on front of me)

The odd part is that both issues are resolved by assigning the FX or Audio Channel Number by PAD instead of by track.

ODD FX BEHAVIOR:

If you navigate to the page just before the FX where you can assign the FX1 or FX2 and the SEND amount PER TRACK: This stops doing anything.

ODD AUDIO OUT ASSIGNMENT BEHAVIOR:

If you navigate to the mixer view, there is a way to assign the channel for the track to an output channel in the back: This stops doing anything.

Anyone else having this issue? I noticed that if I do the hold erase or is it note repeat as suggested by JJ after new OS installs, it starts working again.

I'm not saying the B-G word but it sure smells like one.

Thanks

Can't say much with this much info, but I've never had any FX/ROUTE problems. Make sure your TRACK or PADs go to ST (Stereo Out) when trying to assign FX and or SEND amount.

If you could provide a step-by-step walkthrough of how the issue appears it could be easier to solve and see what went wrong.
