None of you have had this problem? Happened to me yet again when I opened a project I was working on last night. There must be some sort of weird bug with the filters, that is occasionally corrupting the project file.

I don't know if this is a bug fix or request but,

I would love to work directly from the MPC-R and not have to look at the software as my hardware will not be centered by my monitors.
With that said, the only thing I ask as I work fast is to be able to name the tracks from the hardware. I have to keep going back and fourth because you can't name the tracks from the hardware.
Also, pitch shifting, I wish we could do it by note also. Meaning, if I knew that the stab was in the key of C3- all I have to do is change it by the notes ala F#3 etc not 0.0? trying to figure this way out still. Makes it so hard.
Time Stretching is incredible, just wish they would put a tempo extractor in so you could find out the tempo with having to pull up another program to do so.
Unless you guys have a quick way around this.

Also, is there a way to turn off the countoff when selecting Rec/Play Start?
Sometimes I'm just ready to go.

Other then that, things are looking up for the MPC-R. It's getting closer too feeling like I'll be replacing my Logic Pro X with the MPC-R.

My Ren was trippin out today. My first problem with it other than the software not finding the hardware once turned on.

Basically had a problem with the "Pad Assign" on the hardware. It wasn't letting me load any of my samples. Neither of the Q-links or Jog wheel worked.

Started working after I dragged a sample onto a pad. Using a mouse is annoying as hell to me. So I try to avoid it as much as I can. I hope this isn't a reoccurring problem.

16 Levels Type: Decay
When I select this options on my drums or any sound every pad triggers the same with no change to the decay per pad.

Yea I don't know why they couldn't add the tempo of a sample. They should know that the tempo of a loop is vital when time stretching. Anyway, the way I find the tempo is by recording the sample onto a 2 bar track then adjusting the tempo until its a perfect loop.

One thing I could say is that after the new update my MPC has been loading everytime without having to turn off and on to connect to MPC

i've found another bug....when i export a program as 5000prg i load it into the 5K and the V> level , V>Attack ,V> Start doesn't work... samples are always in full level!! I have to recreate a program at every turn

Assign qlink in FX mode to an FX parameter.
Now open Track Mute
Now try to adjust the value of the qlink in the track mute mode.

Qlink stops working and keeps resetting value to original value.

guitar rig doesn't work, it crashes every time i load it!

I've NEVER used a software that crashed so much as this!! This ridiculous. Everytime I try to save this thing keeps crashing. 1.3.1 update and all..

I had a Akai EIE Pro but I'm not a fan of it so I disconnected it and no luck still crashing

just about every beat i make once done and have a few plugins on the inserts i got to save to make sure i dont lose everything and the software crashes and i lose everything. terrible.

Two bugs being found v1.3.1

1. In the 16 level the tune is not working right if you move the number to 1 it give you one high pitch sound on the four pads, same goes when you put on 16 it give you a one tune low on four pads then the rest are ok.

2. why don't it have save all sequences

try to open the au version and not the vst, it worked for me

Everytime I pull up Nexus on the MPC Software, it crashes. Anybody here experience this same issue?
