Omega Zip Drive

When I try to use my zip drive it doesnt let me save anything if i try to formatt the disk it says medium error and i have no ideal what that means the mpc is reconizing the zip dirve but when i try to press "do it" in the save or load mode it doesnt do anything. Do anyone have any suggestings or site that i may be able to find help?

Are you using a fresh zip disk in the drive?

BOTH! When I try to Save new samples and beats to an Brand new disk it doesnt allow me to and if I try to Load a disk that have been saved on someone elses mp it doesn't load either. Now As I said Im sure the mp is reconizing the drive but i cant get any feed back and this is the second Omega Zip Drive I have Tried Thinking it may have been the first one acting up on me but if I try to formatt the disk it says somethimg like MEDIUM ERROR? Any Suggestings?

What Type Of Disk Should I Be Using? Are There Differant Types?
I Have A Omega MAC100mb Disk........ Could It Be That? Should I Search For Something That Possibly Doesn't Say MAC on it. Because Now Looking at The Disk Carefully It Does Say Pre-Formatted For MAC.
