Hi flares34

Welcome to the forums. There's no need to post a video, it's very clear what you mean and your English is very good. No one is calling you a troll, they were referring to someone else in this topic.

Please do add your feature suggestions to

viewtopic.php?f=36&t=150858

and bugs to

but 95% of all house-drum dance charts nbass - ukgarage - crime Nuskool electro remixes, etc., contain fx creshendos

for example:
dry wet 0-100 '%
feedback delays
reverb size,decays ....
lfo rates
glitch stutters
I do not want to be a troll
I do not hear a lot of music for the time, because I work more.

at the moment, I'm going to use vst sampler and synthesizer with fx.
mpc renaissance can support multiout vst plugin like machine.
machine have subgroup and track fx
So it comes with midi cc - or much better with macros ..
my english is not the best.
excuse me.,
but I understand it here

Can you name a couple of songs that maybe we could examine so that we can get a clear view of the components of dance music (because what I call dance music may be different from what you call dance music).
Ultimately you could use the Ren in plugin mode and accomplish what you're trying to do.

I'm sure what he means especially after his elaborating, is those kind of FX he's talking about automated over whole bars and sections. Commonly building to a crescendo point as he said, like on the next huge drop or the chorus or bridge or whatever. Like a filter sweep rising or falling over a whole 16. Almost riding the FX knobs like an instrument itself if he's recording his automation live.

But it looks like we understand his wants and like you said Jonespnice he may be better off for now hosting Maschine to get the easy to manage automation he wants. That or just skip the FX in the MPC environment and apply them after bouncing/tracking to a DAW. Live would be the one I'd use for that sort of easy to manage automation.

But yeah a workaround solution is never as fun or optimum.

My bad I meant the Ren (I'll edit my post to correct my mistake) because you can't edit Maschine's master out or fx either (unless I just don't know how to do it). What I was saying is that if you use the Ren in plugin mode inside of your favorite Daw then you could Buss out your sound onto tracks from the Ren to your Daw and automate that way, I think using the Ren in Plugin mode is rather seamless and it gives you all the automating power you need.

I know ONE feature: So far, Maschine allows MIDI to audio conversion via drag & drop, meaning you can just click and hold on the pad / lane and drag it into your DAW. This automatically bounces the MIDI file to an audio file. This would be a pretty cool feature, although I rarely use the Ren in plug-in mode, so rather useless to me. :-D

The drag & dropping directly from Maschine works in both plugin mode as well as standalone mode.

If that is the case, then we would never use hardware MPCs...

This is also why I've been asking for this since the beginning. Most dance music is based around synth sounds and there is only so much that you can do with a synth live before you need to start modulating FX to get the sound you want.

In some cases you can get away with a simple LFO or Envelope to control the sound but most of the time you are doing something like sweeping a filter, automating a delay time, automating sends to Reverb, automating a peak EQ, etc, and doing all of this so that the movements lock into a groove or create a groove themselves.

While you can achieve some of this with built in modulators you need to be able to automate the FX to really get the sounds to do what you want. Dance music is very much about sound design and you need FX automation to easily place changes very purposefully where you want them.

It's not even a question to any dance music producer how important it is to be able to automate FX.

For now i just make the main parts on the Renaissance and then export to Cubase to do all of my FX automation since I can't do it currently. FX plugin automation would allow me to do more of my work in the Renaissance before having to drop out to Cubase. I hope we get it soon.

Correct me if I am wrong.....

Isn't there several plugin instruments on the market with params and built in effects which can be modulated? If these FXs or synth params can be assigned to MIDI CC, the Ren has up to 96 Qlinks whose movements can be recorded in the sequencer.

Also...as mentioned in my post that was deleted....you can automate FX send levels. This is not meant to justify the Ren not having the capability being discussed. This has been discussed numerous times over the past 6 months. I am just giving the options we do have. Otherwise, this fails to be a technical support forum...it is currently more like a huge feature request forum.

Why are you picking one random (and reasonable) statement that requires no contention and replying with that vague and irrelevant statement?

Oh I know it called projection in psychology, what's it like to see this in the mirror in every morning?
