my main bugs with Mpc studio

Love the studio so far but i call.out the Software for what it is which is kinda lame right know And these bugs are bugginv me.

1.ghost notes/ on almost every drum pattern And plug in Recording there are ghost notes on the 1 count on bar 1 And i gotta keep stopping My seq to erase them

2. Samples overlapping in audition mode/ Now i dont know if audition mode is made for directly chopping ur samples in or post audition but i dnt think Its working like it shoukd be. I set the program to mono And still samples are overlapping And throwing me off so i dnt even bother sampling


3. Stuck midi notes/ i think im not the only One having this issue but this needs to be fixed.


4. Mutitimbral plug ins not responding./ My omnisphere multi mode is not working with the program plug ins midi channel selections 1-16 Its Just not responding to the Other channels besides channel 1.

4. Still crashes/ not as much as ppl used to see crashes but i do get a crash sometimes

Idk Man im up on the studio alot but these things Just are messing with me.if any One has the answers or related problems please post

Dont think there much you can do but wait for next update(s)...while there may b workarounds such as not using certain features its only a band aid over wound that need stitching

Well hopefully they Will drop a 1.4 update this next few months but i gotta Check if i got 1.3 or 1.3.1 whivh ive seen has had negative results for some ppl so Its kinda a gamble. Seriously think the Mpc has a Better feel than maschine which i had too AT the same time

hardware wise ren is superior to maschine, but as far as software akai has few yrs to play catch up.

worth keeping in mind that NI got experience with software, akai is new to computer based production. which can be seen in the amount bugs and missing basic features from legacy mpcs

Hellfire said that 1.30 n 1.31 seem to have different effects on PC and mac, one works better than the other depending what computer he's using.

If I understood you correctly, this is a option in the settings.

Preferences > Sequencer > Place Events Recorded During Count-In At Start Point
