So I've been working on this Ren from the beginning when it first dropped. It's a lot more stable now and I'm actually making tracks worth saving. I have a MPC2500 JJ OS. I thought nothing could replace it. But since I started using more plugins on the Ren I'm having some very late nights :-D That is all. Back to the beats.

Yes my friend, we no longer need the previous MPCs or other machines!

Ren/Studio are taking good care of the user's musical needs!

What a great time to make music my friends, yes?

that's good to hear psp, I'm looking forward to picking one up this summer, especially given hellfires efforts of getting ren where it should be, im now more confident than ever having this dude on ren

however dont think I'll be letting go of my hardware drum machines regardless

I think even just for profit concerns I'd hold on to the 2500 and wait for the prices to swing back up, which I bet they do after everybody swoops up all these MPC's at the lowest prices ever seen.

But like konc3pt said, glad the new gear is working out for you, and it should keep getting better.

Retired my hardware MPCs a long time ago. Good to hear that you are enjoying it. Wait till you see what's next.  Pete and company have been hard at work making this the premiere workstation of its kind.

Better late then never.....don't have a Ren/Studio? Call AMS and get those monthly payments cracking.

Hey does anyone know how to stack drum sounds on the ren?
I used to know when I first tried to use this thing when I first got it, but I forgot

The 1.3.1 update finally fixed the issues that I had with the Ren, so I can actually use the thing now...

I know you gotta hold a button, I thought it was shift + load but that aint workin

Dont feel like starting a new thread

Hold shift and drag the sample from the list on the left side of the screen.

You can do it from the controller in Program Edit Mode then press F2 tab. Its in the manual.
