help with recording..

Hey what's up?
I have a mpc, motif and a microkorg and am getting a korg d1600mk2 recorder this friday and have a question? I have songs that I have already made with my setup and would like to know if I would be able to lay them on the korg recorder on individual faders?(ex. Flutes1, drums2...) Can this be done? I am buying it online and I called the company and weren't too helpful. Can someone please help me because I would hate to loose the songs I made.

Well it's a recorder, so yes you can record your tracks. I think it has 8-inputs so you can record 8 tracks at a time. If you need more then 8 tracks you can sync it to your mpc with Midi Time Code and MMC. Wait till you get the unit and read the manual on timecode.
