Scratch Samples

Didn't plan ahead and all of my standard scratch records, like Gag Ball Breaks, Super Seal, and many others are in long term storage. I am wondering if anyone has sampled scratch sounds for a 2500. Looking for the basic "Ahhh" and "Oh yeah" so I can assign to Q1 and fake it a bit.

I could probably throw a few in a folder and do a mediafire link. I don't have much but if all you need are some vocal one shots and a few stabs I have a few.

Yeah that would be great. Just looking for some basic stuff. I'm regretting not sampling a couple of my records before I took this job in isolation. Don't have access to anything, no breaks, I am missing my vinyl. Resorting to extremes here for sounds lately.

I only found a few voice ones but I tossed in a lot of 1 second hits that will fit what you're doing. I'm assuming you're going to emulate the scratching with Q-links and so on, but if you need actual samples of scratching I have those too.

I sadly never have ripped the vinyl scratch records I have here. Old late 90's ones mostly. Hamster, Phantom, Old Ubiquity Drum records, Rectangle Battle/Tone Scratch joints. I probably should rip those at some point soon.

Working over here, I'm never sure if the link is generated to only work on my terminal as this happens every few times. Mostly these pasted ones work fine.

Doing the same thing. The download screen opens up, then a new window pops with the .zip file listed, but it doesn't download. Might be a browser setting, I'll mess around with it.

Is the green rectangular bar saying "Download (19.68MB)" showing? Should under normal circumstances press that and get a save location dialogue box.

Every few times Mediafire might make you type a "captcha" string before the green download bar appears, but not sure why it's giving trouble here.

Yeah green button, no captcha thing anytime I've clicked it... weird.

I may have dropped out of Cisco CCNA, but I know enough to see that something is wrong with Mediafire's servers tonight.

It's showing the upload as uploaded in full after 1 second. While it would be nice if you could upload to the web at 20MB/ps, you can't. It's loading nothing and acting as if it did. Then the link can't be properly resolved.

Try this link to drums I know for a fact are on the server as I posted them here, and they've been successfully DL'd over 65 times.

Cool it's their servers buggin' then. I'll PM you some other links of what I know is in there. Hopefully by tomorrow they sort it out.
