Monitor input during 'main' mode

Basically I want the mpc sequencing a synth but be able to run the synth out into the mpc input so I can monitor them both back through the mpc headphones. Is it possible? I don't want to have to run them all out into my interface then monitor though there. Then it becomes a mission.
