I usually start with 60% on the kick and snare and do the hats with less swing so they don't get that go-go feel too much. On the 3000 you tell it how much to shift each sound (how many clicks ) which is good for giving your drums a lazier less mechanical sound. You have to just tweak each sound to get the feel you want.

james you got a manual? how about a search of the archives- swing has to be the most overly asked question here after zip drives....

if not the open window button is your best friend.

- Kick normal 50% EARLIER
- Snare 50/55% LATER and mess a bit with the Amount
- Hihats always 55/65% LATER

you cant have a percentage shift for early and late note thats defined by how many ticks you are offsetting...
