Letters of the MPC 1000 merge with background, are less shar

Hello mpc brothers,

So ive installed the new JJ0S version on the MPC1000. Now everytime i turn it on the letters are normal black, but after the first intro screen the letters are half merged with the background so they are less visible. (less black, less sharp).

I hope someone understands what i am saying here. Is there a possibility to change this?

JJ OS adjusts the contrast of LCD by [STOP]+ DATA wheel.
