Can i assing each pad to a specific track.. For Instance.. Kick to track 1. Snare to Track 2 ? Would be dope if i can record my drums in one take and have them routed to each track.... "MASCHINE Does it" :( Grrrrr...

There is no way to do that directly.

What you can do though is go ahead and record on one track and then duplicate the data to as many tracks as you like and delete the data you don't need for that track.

There is no way to do that directly.

What you can do though is go ahead and record on one track and then duplicate the data to as many tracks as you like and delete the data you don't need for that track.

There are features Masdhine has that the Ren/Studio doesn't. Likewise, the Ren/Studio have features that Maschine doesn't.

The feature your are looking for is a popular feature request. It's an 'explode' function where you can record multiple drum sounds on a track. And then have the capability to seperate this track into multiple tracks based upon pad or note numbers.

This is one of several hundred features submitted to Akai.

This would be a cool feature though. I would love to see this in a future update....
