Timing seems off by 1/8th of a second at loop point.

Ive been making beats for years but just recently got an Mpc2500. It seems that at the end point were it loops back to the beginning there is a very small pause, i doubt that the average person it would be notice but i do, i recorded hi hats on 1/8th timing just to make sure i wasn't going crazy and listened to it loop , at the loop point it is off by milliseconds, has anyone else experienced this , im running jjos.
