dvd problem JJOS 3.10 Teac Dw224e

Teac Dw224e is the drive I have in my 2500 I just bought. JJOS 3.10 is my OS. It worked perfectly the first time I loaded my data (wav files) dvd. Most every time after that it either: a) can't load all the folders, has jumbled up ghost folders every 10 or so real folders that I need to scroll through, and bugs out to the point of having to power off and on again. or b) simply just bugs out to the point of having to power off and on again. Could it be the media I'm putting in there? Has anyone heard of or seen this problem? Will this problem possibly stop happening if I upgrade to JJOS-XL? I'm afraid to upgrade if it's already having trouble in 3.10. Should I downgrade?

It was the dvd media. I switched media and the drive works fine!
