hi ive come from using just software to using mpc 2000 classic and reason as a sound module.my mpc dident come with the manual so ive been pretty much just figuring it out for myself whats the best way to make arrangements on the mpc like software where take sounds out a bar long before leading into the next bar and building bridges and so on to make the beat more exciting ive allways been a bit weak on the arrangement side like bridges and variations so could you give me a few tips on that please?thanks

The easiest way is to work in 2, 4 and 8 bar sequences, then stitch them together in song mode.

i just make a rough arrangement on the mpc's main screen, starting with an intro and then have it build from sequence to sequence.. then going on feeling as i mix the sequences live and multitrack into cubase.. playing around with mute's and solo's of tracks as i mix and record it all.. simple solo/mutes on tracks can add some spice as well as variation.
