my old desktop xp pc has died upon me..now i don't have the two programs anymore.. how can i get these back again ?

MPC Editor is freely available at http://www.midicase.com/mpceditor/
You can't buy it any more, it's now free but he's removed a bunch of features (compatibility issues with newer Windows versions perhaps? Only a guess).
I assume you'll have to contact the site owner with your serial number if you want the previously available paid version.
As for Recycle, contact Propellerheads with your registration details and I assume they'll sort you out you a new copy.
