Using the MPC Studio on the road

Has anyone here used the Studio on the road? Sitting on a beach? Please share your experiences.

Here in Japan, we are having a power outage that will last most of the day on Saturday. So it gives me the opportunity to charge my Mac Book Pro and pull my Studio out of the box.....

Actually, not on the road, but in my cabin, I cant take the iMac on travel so I brough a small(and a little slow) notebook PC with me, the screen is so small that the mpc software was useless, but I could do most of what I wanted from the hardware, so I have a good experience from it afterall.
