You have a lot going on. I would simply this set up.
1. Select MPC Ren as the Input and Output of the MPC software
2. Connect the audio outputs of the Ren and Integra to the audio inputs of the Apollo
3. Connect audio outputs of the Apollo to your studio monitors (speakers)
4. Connect MIDI Out 1/A to the MIDI Input of the Integra. (You can also decide to connect the Integra to the Ren or Computer via USB; sending MIDI over USB)
This will allow you to sample using the Ren's inputs. Set the buffer settings of the Ren and Apollo to under 512 ms samples. Set the sample rate to 44.1 or 48 kHz. For simplicity, set the Ren and Apollo to the same settings.

1. Select Apollo as the Input and Output of the MPC software
2. Connect the audio outputs of the Ren and Integra to the audio inputs of the Apollo
3. Connect audio outputs of the Apollo to your studio monitors (speakers)
4. Connect MIDI Out 1/A to the MIDI Input of the Integra. (You can also decide to connect the Integra to the Ren or Computer via USB; sending MIDI over USB)
This is even simpler and will probably give you the best performance. You won't be able to sample using the Ren's inputs. You would be sampling sources routed through the Apollo to include the Integra. Set the buffer settings to 512 samples or less and the sample rate to 44.1 or 48 kHz
This should give you a baseline to solve your latency issues.
